Sam Adsit
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Sam joined HOY Construction in 2015 after working as a Quality Control Manager for a commercial dredging firm for years prior.
He gained invaluable experience working in the field from initial assignments as an Assistant Superintendent and Project Coordinator. In 2017, he transitioned into Project Management, making him responsible for estimating, scheduling, and managing a variety of commercial projects.
Sam was promoted to Vice President of Hoy in April of 2024, which tasks him with helping guide and support the overall direction of the company. He is an active member of the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE), the Norfolk Assembly, and dedicates time to working with various non-profit organizations.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech in 2009. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
