Will Crocker
VICE PRESIDENT
Will brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having served in roles ranging from onsite project engineer to project manager.
His background spans a wide range of market sectors, including healthcare, multifamily, senior living, Class A office, nonprofit, retail, industrial, and higher education projects.
Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, with a minor in Business Administration, from East Carolina University. He has served as past president of both the Builders and Contractors Exchange and the Tidewater District of AGCVA. Well-versed in EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR standards for sustainable development, Will offers valuable expertise on tax credit projects. He also holds a 30-hour OSHA certification and oversees the company’s daily labor assignments. In addition, Will leads the company’s annual food drive, providing hundreds of meals to individuals experiencing homelessness during the holiday season.

Outside of work, Will is actively involved in his church and enjoys camping with his two children.
